A-Z Marketing as a Service

Your asset in the market — with us as your marketing partner

We offer end-to-end marketing of your hybrid energy asset as a service — including intelligent market access and balancing group management.

We handle the complete marketing of your asset

Market access, balancing group management, modeling, and daily handling — as an end-to-end service, not software you have to operate yourself. Trading licenses, exchange connectivity, and an in-house trading team rarely pay off for individual asset operators to build themselves — we already bring that infrastructure.

Market Access & Balancing Group
We fully handle trading licenses and forecasting.
Financial & Physical Model
Economic viability and technical limits, in balance.
Flexibility as an Advantage
More options become more revenue, not more effort.
Handling & Behind the Meter
Ongoing operations, including for assets behind the meter.

The Heart of Our Service

Rolling Intrinsic Against the Full Order Book

A schedule fixed at Day-Ahead is a decision made with the information available at noon the day before. Day-Ahead is the backbone; continuous intraday trading on EPEX SPOT is what's layered on top — and we trade against the actual order book instead of an index price.

  • Repriced every 10 minutes — up to 189 runs per trading day until gate closure
  • Trades only when a trade demonstrably improves the already-fixed position
  • Models your actual plant topology instead of a generic battery equation

The Loop, Every 10 Minutes

1 Reprice

Read the order book, price buy and sell sides separately

2 Re-optimize

Solve the topology incrementally against the fixed baseline

3 Accept or hold

Only adopt it if it improves the objective beyond a threshold

4 Trade

Execute the difference, update the baseline, repeat until gate closure

From Status Quo to Revenue Stream — in Three Steps

01 — Challenge

More options, more decisions

More renewables on the grid, more volatile power prices, and new sector-coupling options like batteries, heat pumps, and electrolyzers create ever more flexibility potential — but also ever more decisions that need to be made correctly.

02 — Our Solution

A-Z marketing as a service

Market access, balancing group management, financial & physical modeling, and handling — all from one source, driven by our trading algorithm. That way, every decision stays economically sound and technically feasible at the same time.

03 — Your Benefit

Complexity becomes a revenue source

You receive the revenue from flexibility marketing without having to build your own trading infrastructure, balancing group expertise, or an in-house trading team — your team stays focused on your core business.

Who Benefits from Gramian Grid

Tailored optimization for public utilities and industrial companies.

For Public Utilities

One Point of Contact for Your Entire Portfolio

Starting Point

Heterogeneous portfolio of PV, CHP units, and storage — every additional asset increases control complexity disproportionately.

Our Solution

Central market access and balancing group management for the entire portfolio, including behind-the-meter customer assets such as neighborhood storage.

Value

No in-house trading expertise needed per asset — one partner for your whole portfolio, including flexibility at your end customers'.

For Industrial Companies

Energy Trading, Without Becoming an Energy Trader

Starting Point

Flexibility mostly sits behind the meter — plant batteries, CHP units for self-supply, backup generators — and energy trading isn't a core business.

Our Solution

Full marketing including balancing group management, with a physical model that accounts for production limits and process stability from the start.

Value

Additional revenue without new energy-market expertise and without risk to your core process.

Stadtwerke Frankfurt (Oder) and Data Cybernetics Achieve a Breakthrough in Combined Heat and Power Optimization

Together with Stadtwerke Frankfurt (Oder) — Germany's largest district heating network, spanning 110 km of pipeline, 5 × 20 MW gas engines, and roughly 430 MWh of thermal storage — we analyzed the flexibility of combined heat and power and thermal storage against continuous intraday trading. The analysis of real operating data laid the groundwork for the subsequent move into fully automated real-time operation.
